Babe Festival

Date: 5th October 2025

Time:  From 9:30am

Get ready for a magical day in the heart of the Southern Highlands as we celebrate 30 years since Babe the movie was filmed right here in Robertson! The Babe Country Fair is set to take over Robertson Public School & Robertson School of Arts on Sunday 5 October 2025, with live entertainment, food stalls, petting zoos, fair rides, screenings of Babe, and so much more. It’s a family-friendly celebration of community, creativity and storytelling — with a special spotlight on Robertson’s beloved role in film history. Don’t forget to visit the newly painted “Pig Potato” for the ultimate photo op!

Grandparents Day

Date:  24th October

Grandparents Day is a special occasion celebrated at Robertson Public School to honour and appreciate the important role grandparents play in the lives of their grandchildren. It is a day for students to recognise the love, wisdom, and support that grandparents provide, fostering a sense of family connection and community.

Kindergarten Orientation 2025

Session one - 6th November 9:30-11:30

  • Parent Fair - Come along and network with outside agencies associated within the school community. Children spend time in the classroom, bring a snack and enjoy playtime with the students

Session two- 13th November 9:30-11:30

  • Children will spend time in the classroom. They will also meet their buddies from Year 5 in preparation for big school in 2026. Parents will enjoy a coffee and a catch up with the Principal, Mr Gordon Parrish and Assistant Principals, Rachael Hansen & Lachlan Ahling

Stage 3 Camp Broken Bay

Date:  19th to 21st November

Broken Bay Sport and Rec Camp is nestled on 650 hectares of unspoilt bushland between isolated headlands and the beach, with spectacular views of the iconic Barrenjoey Lighthouse, Lion Island and rugged sandstone cliffs lining the River. Abundant in native wildlife and bushwalking tracks.
