Leadership

Leadership capacity building for staff and students is  a high priority  at RPS. Students in Year 6 lead ministries where every Year 6 student has leadership responsibilities and roles. Fortnightly meetings  with the principal ensure they are developing decision making, problem solving and communication strategies. Peer Support is another avenue where their leadership skills can be developed. Our school is committed to the development of leadership skills in all students.
